Came here for 4 nights with my family, had a very good stay. The hotel was in a lovely location, in beautiful surroundings. And it was also so close to the beautiful Tuscany, supermarket and restaurants and Forte dei Marmi.

We truly enjoyed our rooms with an amazing view. the location in the hills was incredible, and the staff here was genuinely helpful and service-minded. We were only a 10-minute drive to Pieve di San Pancrazio.

The apartment was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of four with two full bathrooms. The location was perfect for day trips to nearby tourist attractions like Cinque Terre , Pisa , Lucca , and Florence. The view from the villa, nestled in the middle of a hill covered with olive trees, was breathtaking. The outdoor pool had a stunning view of the valley and was well equipped with umbrellas and chairs. The grounds were immaculately maintained and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. We had a fantastic time and are already planning to come back in the near future and recommend it to our friends.

They even made sure to have a baby gate ready for us shortly after our arrival, showing their commitment to customer service. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a sofa bed in the living area that offered a truly amazing view of the surroundings. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were fantastic.

The location of the accommodation was great, and the views were exceptional. the staff was very friendly and attentive, responding quickly to our needs. the peace and quiet were also very appreciated during our stay throughout Christmas. the pool was a nice feature, and we enjoyed using it several times during our visit.

One negative aspect was that there was no heating in the cottage until October 1st, resulting in a cold stay despite our visit during the festive period. the kitchen of the apartment was not fully equipped, which made it challenging to prepare meals.
